Please read the terms of service carefully before placing an order. By ordering a product from Animagus Studios, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to modify terms, conditions, and notices without any advance notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use, access, or browse the site.

QUOTES

To make a commission request and obtain a quote, you have to send an email to: 'animagusstudios@gmail.com'

Allow some time for me to consider your commission request. If it is not what I am capable of making or the design is incompatible, I will reject the offer.

I will include my mailing address in the email if your design is approved.

Kemono style/ Toony style/ realistic style is available for fursuits.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A 50% down payment is required for all suits. Down payment is non-refundable.

I can accept Paypal, Stripe, Swift transfers. Local Singaporean customers can choose to do a bank transfer.

Note that there will be extra charges for shipping.

Shipment will only occur once full payment is received.

Any projects that are canceled in the midst of making can be allowed to refund from case to case basis but the 50% down payment is still not refundable.

SIZING

A duct tape dummy (DTD) is required for a full suit. A DTD that is not done well will be rejected, and you are required to send a better one.

Head measurement is required for masks. Please measure around your head below the eyebrows.

A measurements chart will be sent to you upon your commission request approval.

REFERENCE

A fursona or character reference sheet must be provided. I do not accept textual descriptions only.

You entrust your fursona to be crafted to my own interpretation as part of artistic freedom.

ALLERGIES

I have pets at home. If you are allergic to dogs, do let me know prior to starting work.

COMMUNICATIONS

Please allow 2 - 7 days for an email response.

DELIVERY

Once you have completed your payment, the items will be shipped to you. Once the package is shipped off, we are no longer responsible for it. With the situation, delays in transit is expected.

Local customers can arrange for a pick up.
